Retractable Pneumatic Atomizers
| Retractable pneumatic
atomizers are devices that combine a gas stream and a liquid stream at
the moment of exit from the nozzle tip. Pneumatic atomization is by far
the most effective method of atomizing (fogging) a liquid. A pneumatic
atomizer can reduce droplet size to the degree that a liquid is
completely fogged. This greatly inhances the performance of chemicals
that are designed to perform in a gaseous stream. Normally, a pneumatic
atomizer would not be recommended for a liquid process stream, except
to serve as dual injectors of two chemicals. Pneumatic atomizers are
available to atomize from 1 to 300 GPD. You can choose a retractable
