RETRACTABLE DIRECT FLOW ATOMIZERS
| The "Direct Flow Atomizer" is
designed to be used for low to medium volume in areas that require a
"fine" to "ultra-fine" atomization. "Direct flow atomizers" are
available in models LP200 (200psi max ) and on up to the MM50 (5000psi
max). The main difference between the "direct flow atomizer"
and a "spring atomizer" is the tip. With the direct flow
atomizer you buy the model (that fits your line pressure) and then pick
and choose the atomizing nozzle that will work best for your
application.... ultra fine spray, fogging, hollow cone, full cone, full
jet. Where as with the "spring atomizer" it's a spring loaded,
medium atomizing, pulsing type, spray nozzle for larger volumes. In summery, you choose the retractable model unit and then you can pick the atomizing nozzle tip that will work best for your application. Standard shaft is 3/8 tubing with a 1/8 female connection, but shaft and connection can be custom fit to your specs.
